Spring Fair 2026
March 26th -29th | Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre
Spring fair kicks off the spring and summer season: it brings together people who love garden, interior design, construction, renovation and good food.
The Spring Fair combines five different events that visitors can attend in one go: the Spring Garden, Home & Renovate, MyCottage, Interior, Local Food & Organic, Adventure & Nature theme area and Detached House area . At the fair, consumers with an interest in gardening, leisure living, building, renovating and decorating, outdoor activities and local food will discover new products, make purchases and actively seek product information and tips from experts. Meet about 65,000 visitors with purchasing power and professionals in the field!
Additionally, Golf Fair takes place at the same time, under the same roof as the Spring Fair.

Spring Fair 2026 | Participation options, exhibition space and prices
Choose the most suitable form to participate. When exhibiting, companies can book exhibition space and order other needed elements later. However, the easiest way is to book a ready-made stand.
Booking just the exhibition space allows maximum room for creativity. All necessary elements can be brought to the stand or ordered from Messukeskus. Also fully designed and equipped stands are available. Please contact: design@messukeskus.com or your sales manager!

The Ready-made-stand is an easy and cost-effective solution. Walls, carpets and lights are ready, all you need to bring or rent is the furniture.
Included in the price of the stand
- exhibition space
- walls and fascia made of profile structure (aluminium profile frame and white board) or standard structure (white painted hardboard).
- fascia text or logo, both sides on corner stands (not included in stands with no fascia).
- carpet tiles (dark green, -red, -blue or -grey) or carpet roll (mottled grey, cardinal red, dark green, violet, turquoise, brown, fuchsia, white, yellow, black, grey, blue, red, green, beige, dark blue, graphite grey or orange).
- basic lighting (spotlights, one per meter, only on one wall in corner stands).
- constructing and dismantling, cleaning before the event.
Please note that grey carpets are installed in case no other color is picked. Changes and additions are charged separately.

Trendikoti comprises an actual real-life home full of fresh ideas and inspiration, especially built and furnished for the Spring Fair, where visitors can explore new products and interior solutions in a natural, home-like setting.
NEW for Spring 2026:
The Trendikoti area will feature additional inspiration from well-known influencers, who will be part of the interior design, storytelling, and program of the Trendikoti experience.

Terms of participation
The terms below apply in addition to the general terms of participation of the Finnish Fair Corporation.
- The invoice for participation is due before the fair, the due date is 23.1.2026.
- Expostart (incl. socket 16A 230 V 3,6 kW and energy consumption, Publicity and environmental fee) €670 is charged from all exhibitors.
- Two-Layer Structures: 50% of the lease cost is charged for the area of the second floor.
- For other companies coming to the stands, a Visibility and Environmental Fee of 450 € will be charged. The exhibitor who has booked a stand is responsible for the participation fees of his/her joint stand.
- An extra charge of €25 + vat/invoice is charged if additional invoices need to be made when, for example, the space rental is paid by several companies, or the company contact information is being changed.
- Please place your orders on time, as prices will rise before the event.
